Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of the CI Tutors website and tutoring services. By booking a demo class or enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

CI Tutors provides live, 1-on-1 online Maths and Hindi tuition for students in Grades 5–12, across CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Cambridge IGCSE, IB and NRI bridge programmes. All classes are conducted online via video call with a shared digital whiteboard.

Free Demo Classes

The free 30-minute demo class is offered once per student and involves no payment or obligation to continue. Pricing for regular classes is discussed only after the demo, based on grade, curriculum and weekly frequency.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Regular classes follow a fixed weekly schedule agreed with each family. Rescheduling requests should be sent via WhatsApp with reasonable notice; we'll do our best to accommodate time-zone and last-minute changes.

Tutor Changes

If a tutor isn't the right fit, we will match a replacement at no additional cost.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we aim to improve understanding, confidence and exam performance, we cannot guarantee specific grades or outcomes, which depend on multiple factors beyond tutoring alone.

Payments

This website does not process online payments. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are agreed directly with families after the free demo class.
